We are looking for another member of our team, and that could be you. Support Techs help people be productive and happy with their computers, providing quick and courteous technical support. This role is ideal for sharp, friendly techies who love helping people.

RESPONSIBILITIES Include

  • Provide high touch customer service to our clients over the phone
  • Help people and organizations maximize IT uptime and performance
  • Manage workload and prioritize workflow to resolve and document tickets in a timely manner
  • Continuing education and secure certifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
